Here’s the third place winner from Donna Succo of Onalaska:

3rd Place – Peach Salsa

1. 4 cups peeled, pitted & chopped peaches
2. 1.2 cup chopped onion
3. 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
4. 4 jalapeños, minced
5. 3 cloves minced garlic
6. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
7. 1/2 tsp ground cumin
8. 1 tsp lime zest
9. 1/4 cup sugar
10. 2 tbsp fruit pectin
11. 1/2 cup sugar
12. 1 tsp lime juice

• In a large saucepan combine all ingredients except pectin and 1/2 cup sugar.
• Stir to combine
• Stir in pectin
• Bring to boil, then add the 1/2 cup sugar & boil 1 minute
• Remove from heat, chill & serve.
