There seems to be a little confusion regarding the housing statistics I recently posted for areas 100 and 110 for Federal Way over at the Federal Way Graffiti blog.![]()
My fault. Although I’ve explained the difference in the past, I should just put a note in the graphs themselves (if there’s a question, I didn’t explain it properly). These areas correspond to the Northwest Multiple Listing Service’s area definitions. Area 100 generally includes area east of Interstate 5 and Area 110 is west of I-5. (You can click on the map to see the exact area definitions.)
I prefer to separate the areas when considering the market as they are different neighborhoods.
