About

Lee MasonMy name is Lee Mason and I’m the real estate broker with The Masters Realty Group LLC and a longtime Edgewood resident. I live on a small farm with a dozen sheep, 5 (new) lambs, 12 laying chickens, 1 steer, a golden retriever named Gabby (she rarely barks), and two antique tractors: a 1957 Farmall HC-130 and a 1955 Massey-Fergason 35.

This blog is about Edgewood, WA, neighboring cities, and real estate.

I’ve had 24+ years experience in both commercial and residential real estate. I spent 15 years with John L Scott, the last 7 as an assistant manager. Previously I was the owner/broker of a boutique commercial real estate firm (Puget Sound Commercial Properties, Inc) specializing in large pre-development raw land transactions (can you say S&L debacle?).

Besides being a broker, I’ve earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designations, and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional).
