Seattle metro area fares well in latest Case-Shiller Home Price Index

The latest Case-Shiller US National Home Price Index has just been released.
It shows continued negative annual returns in the US Nation Home Price Index, the 10-city index and the 20-city index. Fifteen of the 20 metro area indices showed a decline.

Open Houses: Are they effective?

What do banks competing and an old Schlitz ad campaign have in common?

“When banks compete,…” is right off the same page. All mortgage brokers do the same thing – they shop around and compare rates from different wholesale lenders. Remember, in the end money for mortgages comes from the same wholesale sources.
