1.2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped red pepper

3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cumin
 1 tsp lime zest
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp fruit pectin
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lime juice

<p><strong>3rd Place &#8211; Peach Salsa </strong></p>
<ol>

<li>juice of 1 lime</li>

<li>Dice tomatoes, combine with onion and bell peppers.  Set aside in bowl.<br />
In a food processor, combine garlic (squeezed out of peel), chipolte peppers, honey and lime juice.  Pulse until mixture is a puree.</li>
<li>Add puree to tomato mix.  Fold in salt, sugar and peaches.</li>
<li>Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for party time.</li>
</ul>

<p>Ingredients:</p>

<li>6-7 ripe plums, diced</li>
<li>1 tablespoon plum jelly</li>
<li>1 cup garlic, diced</li>
<li>salt and pepper to taste</li>

<p>Mix the ingredients together &amp; refrigerate.  Serve with chips or crackers.  Best next day.</p>
